Digiarty (Aiarty) Refund Policy

Digiarty highly values customers and strives to ensure an exceptional product experience at all times. All Digiarty software offers a free trial version. Customers can free download the trial versions of products on our website and try them before pruchasing. Please be careful not to purchase the wrong product, and please purchase our software from the official site or authorized resellers. Some unauthorized sellers on Amazon and eBay might sell you unusable license keys. To protect your rights, please contact us for confirmation before purchasing.

All services provided by Digiarty have a 30-day money-back guarantee, and refunds will be achieved only under acceptable circumstances. To clarify, we have outlined all the relevant details below:

Accepted Circumstances of Refund

Under the conditions below, Digiarty can provide refunds within the Money Back Guarantee period.

Non-technical Circumstances

  • Purchased the wrong product. Generally, Digiarty will assist customers in exchanging it for the right product from our website.
  • Duplicate purchases of the same product or purchases of two products with similar functions, Digiarty can refund one of them or exchange one program for another Digiarty product that the customer likes.
  • Customer did not receive the registration code within 24 hours after completing the order. Digiarty will instantly help the customer get the registration code after identifying the issue. If the support team fails to respond promptly and the customer no longer requires the product, Digiarty will issue a refund.
  • Purchase of the quantity of one product by mistake. Customers can exchange some of them for other Digiarty products or get refunds for some of them.
  • Disabled the auto-renewal before the renewal date, but your subscription has still been automatically renewed. Please send us the screenshots of the cancellation for a full refund.

Technical Circumstances

Please explain the problem of the purchased product in detail. The tech support will try their best to provide solutions ASAP (If the support team receives a high volume of emails on a given day, it may take longer to get a reply. But a reply within 24 hours is guaranteed). If the purchased product does not function properly, together with an error or bug indication, and the customer doesn't want to wait for a future upgrade, Digiarty will refund the purchased product.

  • Once a refund is made, the corresponding license will be immediately disabled, and it is required to uninstall the software and delete it from your computer.
  • As for the disc version, please destroy the disc and uninstall the software from your computer.

Circumstances of No Refund

*Please be aware that, in general, Digiarty does not refund or exchange products in the following circumstances with products featuring an up to the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Non-technical Circumstances

  • A refund request for no particular reason. Refund requests for a customer's "change of mind" after purchase by simply saying "I do not like it" or "I do not want it" and refusing to elaborate will not be approved.
  • A refund request of unsatisfactory due to a lack of understanding of the product functions or without a free trial on their part. Digiarty suggests that customers read the product description carefully and test out the free trial version before making their final purchase decision. However, customers can exchange the purchased product for the correct product within the guarantee period.
  • A refund request for not receiving the registration code within 12 hours after the order has been completed. Under normal circumstances, Digiarty's system will automatically send an email containing the registration code to the provided email address within 1 hour once the order is validated, but occasional delays may occur due to system malfunction, mail filter settings, email service provider restrictions, etc. In this case, the customer can email the support team to retrieve the registration code. (Payment by bank transfer/check needs 2 to 3 business days until receiving registration information, so it is excluded from above.)
  • A refund request for purchasing the incorrect product but not exchanging it for the correct one within the applicable refund date. In this case, a refund will not be given. But Digiarty can help by giving the customer a special discount for the right product. If the product is still within the guarantee period, please uninstall the incorrect product and email us with the order information and the right product. Digiarty will exchange the right one for the customer.
  • A refund request claiming purchasing the wrong product and having purchased the right product from another company.
  • A refund request due to the price differences between different countries/regions or between Digiarty and other companies with similar products.
  • A refund request due to a wrong email/delivery address provided by the customer during purchase. Digiarty is able to fix the error for you in the database and sends you the license code/Backup CD.
  • A refund request that has already exceeded the product's specified money-back guarantee period.
  • Back-up CD is shipped by our payment processor 2Checkout. According to the refund policy of 2Checkout, Back-up CD is non-refundable.

Technical Circumstances

1. A refund request due to technical difficulties, with the customer refusing to provide any information or cooperate with our support team to facilitate further troubleshooting. If there is no problem with the product but the product is not functioning properly due to the wrong operation or the operating environment, such as computer or hardware issues, Digiarty will not be able to refund the order.

2. A refund request for technical trouble cannot be granted on condition that the purchased software has been updated and the order has exceeded the refund money-back guarantee period.
